PREPERATION: 5 MINS

COOK: 2.5 HOURS

INGREDIENTS

  • bone carcass, or raw bones

  • Salt/pepper to taste

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 carrots, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • Few Dashes of Tumeric

  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar

    RECIPE
    1. If using raw bones, first roast in the oven at 450F for 20 minutes.

    2. Put bones and veggies into Instant Pot, fill enough water just to cover ingredients (this is important, if you overfill, you will not get the jelly consistency).

    3. Add rest of the ingredients. Cover Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 2 hours with natural release.

    4. Strain once cooked. Good to keep for 3-4 days. What you don’t use, can be frozen in an ice cube tray and kept in the freezer till used.
