  1. Sauté shallot and garlic on a medium to low heat till fragrant.
  2. Add tomato paste, cook till it’s a deep red.
  3. Add vodka, cook till liquid is evaporated.
  4. Add coconut cream and red chili pepper. Stir till well combined. Simmer on a low heat.
  5. Cook your GF pasta in the meantime. Save 1/2 cup pasta water!
  6. Add ghee to the sauce, combine till glossy.
  7. Add pasta water and stir.
  8. 8. Add pasta in and stir till well combined.
  9. 9. Enjoy! Serve with fresh cracked pepper.
